Enjoy the comfort and convenience of this second-floor end unit, featuring an open-concept design with two bedrooms, one-full bathroom, full kitchen unit with, central air, coin-op laundry and complimentary parking for 1 vehicle. Unit Features: 2-Bedrooms, (one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a second bedroom with two queen-size beds). Additionally, there is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Fully appliance and equipped kitchen with gas range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee pot, refrigerator/freezer, serving utensils, pots & pans and place settings for eight are provided. Amenities: Flat-screen TV in living room and bedrooms, WiFi, central heat/air conditioning and on-site coin-operated laundry facilities. Supplies: As a privately owned condominium, we do not offer daily maid service but provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and basic cleaning supplies, and iron/ironing board. Bedspreads and blankets are provided. Bring your own linens and towels (may also be added for an additional charge). Please remember to bring personal items such as hair dryer, beach towels/chairs, special cooking condiments. Parking: Complimentary one vehicle open parking spot is included. Additional paid public parking is available right across the street. Step out onto the small balcony and enjoy people watching along Ashworth Avenue and the marsh views beyond which provide great sunsets.
