Property Details

You want to be close to the water where all the activity of Hampton is. G Street is it. just steps out the door and you're on the boardwalk and sand. Everything is right here. The Casino ballroom is around the corner, the halfshell, stage tons of restaurants and you don't have to drive anywhere. Unit 43 at Colonial Seaside Condos is an air-conditioned 300+ square foot 1-bedroom condominium located one floor up from the ground level parking garage. There are no elevators. It has a private bedroom with queen size bed and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room which opens to the kitchen/dining area. Unit is equipped with free Wi-Fi, cable, a flat screen TV in each, a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven/stove, toaster, blender, coffee maker and cooking/eating utensils. A fire extinguisher is located under the sink. There is covered parking onsite for one vehicle and a coin op laundry room. Oversized vehicles onsite cannot be accomodated. This air-conditioned unit is modern and tastefully decorated. Unit is also equipped with a starter kit of paper and cleaning supplies. There are Adirondack chairs on the deck outside of the unit for relaxing outdoors. You may enjoy side views of the beach, playground and strip by walking to the front of the common area deck.

We truly enjoyed our stay at 12 G St at #42 and #43. The units were. clean and comfie. And the location near the beach can't be beat. Our sincere thanks to Jean and Debbie Mae.

My vacation was wonderful, the apt. Westayed in was clean and quant. Just minutes from the beach ? we had the best weather. Jean who lives there was awesome she was friendly and helped us with questions and dilemmas. Would recommend this vacation rental, highly ??
