Property Details

Private Studio Condo Unit Ashworth Ave Condos is just ½ block to the sands of Hampton Beach and the boardwalk. This unit is a newly updated 2nd floor Studio (2 flights up from carport) with queen size bed and futon sleeper, large ¾ bath, kitchenette with microwave, toaster, coffee pot, mini fridge and serving utensils. Also equipped with Flat screen TV, WiFi and AC to complement your stay. Enjoy coffee on the balcony which faces east for the morning sun and you can hear the surf. Or come down to the patio which is set up with tables, chairs, and . While grilling at your individual unit is not allowed, there is a gas BBQ grill for guests to use downstairs, (just be considerate and turn off and clean after use). There is also a heated built-in pool with whirlpool which is perfect for those times when you just want to cool off. Pack light, we have a coin-op laundry room onsite. Our carport is small and tight, we can accommodate parking for 1 compact vehicle, otherwise pay to park is available nearby. We take pride in providing clean, friendly, and comfortable accommodations for those who vacation with us. Our units may not be waterfront nor have water views, but all are within either ½ or 1 block of the boardwalk. People friendly properties for those who want to enjoy all that Hampton Beach has to offer, at the same time be able to have a relaxing experience. This results in guests returning year after year. Our units are privately owned Condominiums and are not a hotel, so we do not offer daily maid service. We do provide our guests with Linens and towels for the number of guests who have booked with us. And we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and basic cleaning supplies. So, when you are planning your trip, don’t forget to pack your personal items such as hair dryer, special cooking condiments, beach towels and other items that will make your stay more enjoyable and personal. Please note- Check-in is after 3:00 pm. Quite times 11pm-9am. Other Rules/Fees - Tampering with technology (fire alarms which are HARD WIRED)- Noise complaints, unauthorized guests or smoking inside unit $500.00. NO Dangerous flammable/explosive or hazardous materials of any kind (including charcoal fireworks/sparklers/candles/chemicals). No Pets of any kind (sorry). Children must always be accompanied by an adult in all areas. Any illegal activity, undue noise, disturbance of the peace, or noncompliance with any rule will be cause for termination and immediate vacating of the premises and forfeiture of any payment made. If you do not agree to our rules which are designed to protect and enhance our guests’ quiet enjoyment of our properties, we won’t be offended if you decide to book elsewhere.
